Identity governance for Nordic mid-market companies on Microsoft Entra ID. Started as a side project, now a company. See current roles — it got promoted.
I'm Fredrik Schöld. IT leader and founder in Malmö. I build teams, infrastructure and products that hold up when things go wrong. Sometimes I get called in after they already have.
Two jobs. One theme: making complex IT boring, in the best way.
Identity governance for Nordic mid-market companies on Microsoft Entra ID. Access reviews, lifecycle management and audit trails without the enterprise price tag or the 12-month rollout.
IGA / SaaS / B2BLeading a 16-person department supporting 1,600 users across office and warehouse. Currently driving IT for a fully automated warehouse go-live. Part of Asker Healthcare Group.
Ops / Leadership / OTLandskrona kid. Did a stretch in Germany, moved home to Landskrona, then ended up in Malmö. Skåne always wins in the end.
I love AI. I was tinkering with machine learning long before it came up at dinner parties, and I never stopped. Today it's in almost everything I do: code for side projects in the evenings, automation and documentation for running IT, sales and product work at Adcyma, and a fair share of life admin.
My take, as someone who has to sign off on it: AI lets a small team do what used to take a department. But only if the boring basics are in order. Who has access to what, where the data lives, who owns the risk. Moving fast and staying in control is not a contradiction. It's the job.
And then there are the fun projects. Like the monitoring bot that writes the weekly system status in a different accent every time. Last week it was François:
🟢 Allå allå! Ze servrar, mes petits enfants, har överlevt ännu en vecka utan katastrof. Oui, c'est magnifique — men François har några saker att säga, n'est-ce pas.
…followed by a disk growing 2.4 GB a day, a worker leaking memory doucement, and a “Zut alors!” about a Prometheus scrape config.

Most of these stay in the garage. A couple got out.
Two of the side projects that grew up. Both solve a problem that annoyed me personally.

Gamifying service desks. Tickets become quests, streaks beat SLAs, and clearing the queue finally feels like winning.

Stepped into Sportadmin mid-incident. Rebuilt infrastructure, development and operations, and got a platform with 500,000+ monthly users back on its feet. The kind of week that teaches you what actually matters in IT.
Multiple ISO 27001 certifications, plus NIS2 and DORA work in regulated environments — including OT security on warehouse and production floors. Documentation people read, not binders that collect dust.
Merged multiple acquired companies, each with 60+ employees, into an existing IT environment with zero downtime. Done right, nobody notices. That is the point.
Led the transformation of a hybrid environment with 100+ on-premises services to fully cloud-based infrastructure, built as Infrastructure as Code. Not lifted and shifted. Rebuilt.
Driving IT for OneMed's fully automated warehouse go-live: infrastructure, OT security and 24/7 availability for healthcare logistics.
Hands-on infrastructure background, business training at EFL, board work at Roundtable — and building toward styrelseuppdrag. I know what the servers are doing and what the P&L says.
From party tents to the boardroom. Every step earned, none of it skipped.
Six years of customer service on the grocery floor, plus everything else: party tents, strawberry fields, DJ gigs, soda sales — and a couple of ventures best saved for the interview.
Three years of computer science. Left the final year for a full-time job in the industry.
Support, infrastructure, first taste of making other people's IT work.
2nd and 3rd line support, server management, acting team leader.
First management role. IT, information security and advising CEO and board. Project management training at Wenell the same year.
Sysadmin and team lead, then IT Operations Lead, then Head of Group IT. Cloud transformation, M&A integrations, ISO 27001 — at a company that kept acquiring.
Founded Adcyma. Business school at EFL on the side, because the P&L wasn't going to read itself.
Ransomware recovery under pressure. See track record, entry one.
IT Manager by day, co-founder always. Both at full speed.
Open for styrelseuppdrag. IT, security and governance at board level, from someone who has actually been in the server room.
I help companies get real value out of AI. From the first useful use case to rollout, with access and data under control.
No agenda needed. I'm in Malmö, and I rarely say no to a good coffee and an interesting problem.
